About

Sibu’s Journal is more than just another blog. It is a journey through my lived experiences and the experiences of others—a space where we can reflect, learn, and discover the threads that connect us.

This is a safe space where we explore mental health, spirituality, and the complexities of being human, with much of the spiritual reflection rooted in the Bible.

I am a qualified Occupational Health Practitioner, with Nursing Psychiatry as my specialty, and I have a deep commitment to the mental and physical well-being of employees. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health, which has broadened my perspective from the individual to the health and well-being of populations.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Developmental Studies and Psychology, a journey that has deepened my curiosity about human behaviour and the ways in which our environments, relationships, and experiences shape who we become.

I love learning. I am curious about people, their stories, and the experiences that shape their lives. Above all, my faith is rooted in Christ, and it influences how I understand life, people, purpose, and healing.

Walk this journey with me as we explore our lived experiences and discover that, although our stories may look different, many of the things we experience are remarkably similar to those of others.

Perhaps in sharing our stories, we will realise that we are not as alone as we sometimes think.

Peace be with you.
